i still can't access this one for free :( when i scroll down it shows up as $0+ but when i get there, it's like $8+ :(

Same. I ended paying for it, and I added a couple items on top of it. When I decided that I didn’t want them, the transaction automatically commenced. I’m pretty irritated that I couldn’t take those items off. More annoyed that I had pop ups show on the transaction page.
